7 antique crystal port/liqueur glasses “Baccarat – Gondole – côtes creuses ”
Definition.
7 beautiful port / liqueur glasses, made at the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th century in France, by the famous crystal house Baccarat.
The glasses are made of mouth-blown clear crystal, so the glasses have a very nice shine and sound.
During the finish, part of the crystal is then cut away so that beautiful geometric figures appear. These, in turn, give a beautiful sparkle in the light.
Original this are port glasses, now we can use them more as a liqueur glass.
These glasses belong to the Baccarat tableware series " Gondole - côtes creuses "
These are completely handmade, so they can differ in size and weight.
At the bottom of the foot you can see the cut-off of the blowpipe.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade antique glassware.
