Definition.
This beautiful glass cake dish is made in the beginning of the 20th century in Belgium, by the famous factory Val Saint Lambert.
It is made of cast glass with a crystal content to obtain a more beautiful shine.
This one has a simple decoration pattern, which makes it look very timeless. This was one of the most successful tableware patterns made by Luxval.
This cake dish belongs to the "Cotes plates" dinnerware line.
You can use it perfectly for serving desserts
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade antique glassware.
