3 French Art Nouveau vases with winter landscape "Jean Simon Peynaud"
3 French Art Nouveau vases with winter landscape "Jean Simon Peynaud"
Definition.
These beautiful art Nouveau vases are made around 1900 in France.
The vases are made matte with the acid etching technique. After this, a beautiful winter landscape was created.
A silver birch in front, a lake with wild animals and a mountain landscape in the background.
The vases are very identical to the well-known Art Nouveau vases by Peynaud, Legras and Daum.
Unfortunately, not all objects were drawn by the designers.
The design is also rare, which allows us to assume unique pieces that may have been made by Jean Simon Peynaud.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade antique glassware.
