French Art deco clear glass vase “SPIP”
Definition.
These beautiful vase is made at the beginning of the 20th century in France, Paris.
The vase is made of blown glass in a wooden mold. A small alloy of crystal was added to this glass to get a more beautiful shine.
The vase has a convex shape and is beautifully decorated with typical Art Deco motifs.
On the base the vase is signed with SPIP (Société Parisienne d’Importation de Porcelaines)
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade antique glassware.
