Very nice kerosene lamp, made in the early 19th century in France by Baccarat.
This beautiful lamp is made of a combination of brass and crystal/glass.
The base is made of cast and blown crystal in a wooden mold.
This one has a nice ribbing appearance.
The lamp has an exceptional square shape and belongs to the Baccarat Bambous series.
Finally, the lamp is finished at the top with a crystal glass that gives the fire more light effect.
Very nice item as decoration or to use as mood lighting.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for antique glassware over 100 years old.
