Very nice large kerosene lamp, made in the early 19th century in France by Baccarat.
This beautiful lamp is made of a combination of metal, wood and crystal/glass.
The base is beautifully decorated with baroque elements, such as flower tendrils.
This glass ball is made of blown crystal.
As decoration, olive-shaped figures were cut around it.
Finally, the lamp is finished at the top with a crystal glass that gives the fire more light effect.
Very nice item as decoration or to use as mood lighting.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for antique glassware over 100 years old.
