Belgian antique crystal candlesticks “Griffon – Val Saint Lambert”

Definition.

This beautiful antique glass candle holders are made in the late 19th century by the Belgian glass/ crystal factory Val Saint Lambert.

The candlesticks are made of cast glass, with a crystal content to achieve a more beautiful shine.

The candlesticks are made of clear crystal.

Exceptional pieces were finished with gold.

This set still has pieces that are painted with gold.

The candlesticks are beautifully decorated with mythical creatures, which we call Griffons.

At the bottom of the base you can find the manufacturer's signature.

Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade art deco glassware.
