Very beautiful amethyst smoked Pumpkin vase, made in the first part of the 21th century in Denmark
The vase was designed by the artist Gunnel Sahlin, for Ikea. The artist is best known for the very modern crystal works that are made at Kosta Boda.
The vase is made of mouth-blown glass in the shape of a pumpkin.
At the bottom of the vase you can find the cut of the blowpipe.
With the right light, the beauty of the vase comes into its own even more.
This large vase is very nice as decoration with a bouquet of flowers
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade art deco glassware.
