Art deco French crystal table lamp.
Art deco French crystal table lamp.
Definition.
Very beautiful table lamp, made in the first part of the 20th century in France.
The table lamp is made of blown and drawn crystal.
Air bubbles were inserted into the crystal at a perfectly regular distance.
We see this technique more often in the better crystal houses in France.
With the light on the lamp base, you can see the play of the small air bubbles that seem to flow upwards.
With its design, the table lamp has something very modern, making it suitable for any interior.
The lamp still has the original electric cable, without an on and off switch.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for antique glassware.
