French jugendstil art glass vase “Legras”
Definition.
Very beautiful glass vase, made at the end of the 19th century in France by the famous glass factory François-Théodore Legras.
The vase is made from mouth-blown glass, with a crystal content to obtain a beautiful shine.
The vase has a beautiful twisted shape. As a finish, leaves and tendrils were painted around the vase with gold paint.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade art nouveau glassware.
