Definition.
The vase is made in the first part of the 20th century in Belgium, by the crystal factory “Braine le Comte”.
This factory follow the same crystal style as “Val Saint Lambert”, somethimes they worked together
She is signed with paper sticker.
These rare prume coloured vases were made in limited editions.
The vase has a very beautiful art deco cut.
This rare vase is mouth blown from clear crystal, after which a layer of prume crystal is applied over it. During the finish, part of the prume crystal is then cut away so that beautiful geometric figures appear. These, in turn, give a beautiful sparkle in the light.
This doubled crystal is typical of Val Saint Lambert, they perfected this process and often used it.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade art deco glassware.
