8 Belgian Art deco water glasses “Doyen – Sylva”
Definition.
8 Very beautiful art deco water glasses, made in the first part of the 20th century in Belgium.
The glasses are made of mouth-blown glass, with a crystal content to get a more beautiful shine.
The glasses have a beautiful cone shape and are decorated with the honeycomb pattern, which we also call “Ecailles”.
As a final finish, the glasses were also painted with a gold edge.
Very nice glasses for those who love Belgian Art Deco glassware.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade art deco glassware.
