Made before 1947 by the Belgian crystal factory "Val Saint Lambert".
The glass is not signed on the base, wat tell us that it is made before 1946.
VSL started with the signature of glasses in 1946.

The glass is made of mouth blowed crystal, in the colors clear and ruby red.

The glass belongs to the service line "Werner"
