VSL-Luxval art deco clear glass fruit bowl “Noemie”
Definition.
This beautiful glass fruit bowl is made in the beginning of the 20th century in Belgium, by the famous factory Val Saint Lambert.
It is made of cast glass with a crystal content to obtain a more beautiful shine.
This one has a simple decoration pattern, which makes it look very timeless.
The fruit bowl is very sleek in decoration and has 2 handles which have a very art deco look.
This oval bowl is one of the rarer pieces in the Noemie series.
This bowl belongs to the "Cotes plates" dinnerware line.
You can use it perfectly for serving fruits or as decoration on the table.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade antique glassware.
