19th century amber colored glass pitcher

 

Definition.

This beautiful pouring jug is made of mouth-blown glass in a mold.

A small amount of crystal has been added to the glass to obtain a more beautiful shine.

At the bottom you can still see the cut-off of the blowpipe.

 

This very beautiful jug was made in the middle of the 19th century in

France or Germany

 

Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade antique glassware.
