French little blue 19th century opaline vase “Portieux”
Definition.
This little blue vase is made at the second part of the 19th century in France, by the famous glass factory Portieux.
The vase is made of blown opaline blue glass in wooden mold.
He has has a beautiful flower vine as decoration and a serrated edge at the top.
The vase is very slanted on his base.
At the bottom you can see the cut-off of the blowpipe.
Given its age, a small trace of wear may be present, as well as glass threads, air bubbles and imperfections are completely normal for handmade antique glassware.
